目的探讨急性胎儿窘迫患者胎盘中AQP1及HGF的变化水平及其意义。方法采用免疫组化方法检测急性胎儿窘迫组及正常产妇胎盘中AQP1、HGF的蛋白水平。结果 (1)急性胎儿窘迫组AQP1表达比对照组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(t=16.94,P<0.001)。与对照组比较,急性胎儿窘迫组HGF降低,差异有统计学意义(t=33.51,P<0.001)。(2)胎盘组织中AQP1与HGF蛋白表达水平呈负相关关系(r=-0.375,P<0.01)。结论胎盘中AQP1升高及HGF降低,可引起胎盘缺血缺氧,从而参与胎儿窘迫的病理生理过程。
Objective To investigate the changes and significance of AQP1 and HGF in placenta of patients with acute fetal distress. Methods The protein levels of AQP1 and HGF in acute fetal distress group and normal maternal placenta were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results (1) The expression of AQP1 in acute fetal distress group was significantly higher than that in control group (t = 16.94, P <0.001). Compared with the control group, HGF in acute fetal distress group decreased, the difference was statistically significant (t = 33.51, P <0.001). (2) There was a negative correlation between AQP1 and HGF protein expression in placenta (r = -0.375, P <0.01). Conclusion The increase of AQP1 in the placenta and the decrease of HGF may cause placental ischemia and hypoxia and thus participate in the pathophysiological process of fetal distress.
