采用脱蜡和中压加氢处理联合工艺研究南阳减三线脱蜡油加蜡下油制取高粘度指数的基础油。论述了原料质量、加氢条件对润滑油性能的影响。用RL-1催化剂进行了1500h稳定性试验。结果表明该催化剂的活性高、选择性及稳定性好。在设定的条件下能够生产粘度指数大于等于95、氧化安定性(旋转氧弹法)大于等于200min的优质基础油,本工艺具有工业应用价值。
Using dewaxing and medium pressure hydrotreating combined process research Nanyang minus three dewaxing oil waxing under the system of high viscosity index base oil. The effects of raw material quality and hydrogenation conditions on lubricating oil properties were discussed. A 1500 h stability test was performed with the RL-1 catalyst. The results show that the catalyst has high activity, good selectivity and stability. Under the set conditions, it can produce high quality base oil with viscosity index greater than or equal to 95 and oxidation stability (rotary oxygen bomb method) greater than or equal to 200min. The process has industrial application value.
