对我国中央大部制改革的探析——以“整体型政府”的视角

西方“整体性政府”理念与我国中央大部制改革实践两者之间具有契合之处。大部制改革不仅是“整体型政府”的一个子集,而且大部制改革可以参照“整体型政府”的理念继续前行。

There is a connection between the concept of “government of the whole” in the West and the practice of reform in the general system of the Central Government in our country. The reform of most departments is not only a subset of the “one-size-fits-all government”, but most of the reforms can be continued with the concept of “one-size government.”
