学生从接受学习到自主学习是学习方法的根本转变,是教学改革的必然趋势。作为一名初中语文教师面临新的挑战,有压力更有动力,更应尽快熟悉新的教育理念,调整自己的思路,不断探索与实践,从思想上、行动上做出积极的准备。美国教育家布鲁姆说过:“一个带着积极性学习课程的学生,应该比那些缺乏热情、乐趣或兴趣的学生,或者比那些对学习材料感到焦虑和恐惧的学生,学习得更轻松、更迅速。”如今,自主学习是课程改革下倡导的一种新型学习方式。那么,初中语文教学中如何培养学生的自主学习能力呢?笔者结合多年教学实践谈谈自己的看法。
