The Huludao Beigang Industrial Zone in the Jinzhou Bay Coastal Economic Zone of Liaoning Province is a key development area of the “Five Points and One Line” coastal economic belt in Liaoning Province. Implementation of the development and construction of the Beigang Industrial Zone conforms to the overall thinking of the state, provinces, and cities on regional economic development, enabling the rapid activation of various economic elements between the Jinzhou and Huludao ports, reinforcing Huludao’s economic strength, stimulating economic development and promoting economic development in western Liaoning. Liaoning old industrial base revitalization and undertaking
