机械零件的疲劳性能,在很大程度上取决于零件表面的状况,如表面的加工状态、物理化学特性及表面残余应力等,均对零件的疲劳性能有影响。而其中残余应力的影响,日益受到重视。随着X 射线应力分析技术的发展,这方面的研究也必将更加深入。最近我们对解放牌汽车的调质和感应淬火半轴,进行了X 射线应力分析,并配合台架试验观察了疲劳过程中残余应力的变化特性,初步探讨了残余应力与疲劳强度的关系,现介绍如下。
Fatigue performance of mechanical parts, depends largely on the part surface conditions, such as the surface of the processing state, physical and chemical properties and surface residual stress, etc., are on the part of the fatigue performance. The impact of residual stress is paid more and more attention. With the development of X-ray stress analysis technology, the research in this area is bound to be more in-depth. Recently, we have carried out X-ray stress analysis on the quenched and tempered semi-shafts of Jiefangpai Automobile and observed the variation characteristics of residual stress during the fatigue process with the bench test.
