我国是一个世界能源大国,生产规模亦很可观,但是我国的能源利用率很低,浪费也相当严重,这是我国能源供应紧张的重要原因之一。造成能源利用效率低的因素很多,概括起来主要是技术落后、生产结构不合理以及经营方式和管理水平低。所以长此以往,则必然影响我国实现四个现代化的速度,在本世纪末,工、农业产值翻两番的宏伟目标也难以实现。
China is a world energy powerhouse and the scale of production is also very impressive. However, China’s energy utilization rate is very low and the waste is also quite serious. This is one of the important reasons for China’s energy shortage. There are many factors that cause low energy efficiency. In summary, the main reasons are backward technology, unreasonable production structure and low management style and management. In the long run, this will inevitably affect the speed of our country’s realization of the four modernizations.
