2016年12月27日,宁夏回族自治区银川市中级人民法院作出一审判决,判处犯受贿罪的银川市水务局原局长杨凯臻有期徒刑10年6个月,并处罚金人民币80万元;杨凯臻的违法所得人民币103万元予以追缴,上缴国库。杨凯臻当庭服判,没有提出上诉。
On December 27, 2016, Yinchuan Intermediate People’s Court of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region made a verdict of first instance and sentenced Yang Kaizhen, former director of Yinchuan Municipal Water Bureau of guilty of taking bribes, to 10 years and 6 months’ imprisonment and a fine of 800,000 yuan; Yang Kaizhen’s illegal The proceeds of 1.03 million yuan to be recovered, turned over to the treasury.
