通过对电厂热力设备故障的数学分类给出了故障诊断专家系统的一种设计方法.针对125MW汽轮机设计了一个离线的故障诊断专家系统,并进行了案例诊断仿真试验和远方诊断试验.试验表明,这种专家系统的论断正确率与精确度都很高.
A kind of design method of fault diagnosis expert system is given through the mathematical classification of the thermal equipment fault in the power plant.A offline fault diagnosis expert system is designed for the 125MW steam turbine and case diagnosis simulation test and remote diagnosis test are carried out.Experiments show that, The accuracy and accuracy of this expert system is high.
