前列腺素E_2凝胶促宫颈成熟的效果观察

对54例足月妊娠有引产指征的孕妇宫颈内使用前列腺素E2（PGE2）凝胶，促子宫颈成熟促有效率88．9％，总引产成功率77．8％．结果表明，PGE2是较理想的促宫颈成熟及引产药物．

54 cases of full-term pregnancy induction of labor induction of pregnant women with cervical prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) gel, promote cervical ripening efficiency of 88.9%, the total success rate of 77.8%. The results show that, PGE2 is an ideal cervical ripening and induction of drugs.
