一、人工晶体植入的趋势 1949年11月英国Ridley首次在白内障摘除术后植入后房型人工晶体。由于白内障摘除技术的熟练,器械的精良,手术显微镜的广泛应用,新型人工晶体制造工艺的改进,自1975年至今发展到第四代人工晶体,使白内障术后植入人工晶体安全且恢复视力。避免了戴高度眼镜,减少物像放大率,且有接近眼球结点等优点。美国1979年前的30年中每年约有8万例人工晶体植入,80年代初每年已超过50万例,日本百懒皓曾做4561例,视力达1.0约90%。我国1980年人工晶体协作组出版了人工晶体专辑,临床应用和制造技术已在各大中城市开展与研究。但有些眼科专家认为眼内植
