研究了湿法涂层技术制备热塑性聚氨酯(PU)多孔膜的工艺条件以及各种因素对多孔膜微孔结构及其性能的影响。造成多孔性的差异有各种因素,诸如:PU溶液的浓度,致孔剂的含量及其分散程度,凝固浴的组成和温度以及PU溶液中空气的溶入等因素。多孔膜的表面(与水的接触面)孔径为10μm~20μm,而底面(与基材的接触面)孔径为60μm~100μm,断面结构显示,多孔膜的内部疏松多孔,孔与孔之间相互连通。讨论了用于制备PU膜的液液相转变过程以及微孔膜形成的机能,进一步探讨了溶液的成膜过程和多孔膜的性能表征。
The conditions of preparation of thermoplastic polyurethane (PU) porous membrane by wet-coating technology and the influence of various factors on the microporous structure of porous membrane and its properties were studied. Porous differences can be caused by various factors such as the concentration of PU solution, the content and dispersion of porogen, the composition and temperature of the coagulation bath, and the infiltration of air into the PU solution. The pore diameter of the porous membrane surface (contact surface with water) is 10 μm to 20 μm, and the diameter of the bottom surface (contact surface with the substrate) is 60 μm to 100 μm. The cross-sectional structure shows that the porous membrane is loose and porous inside, Connected. The liquid-liquid phase transition process and the formation of microporous membrane for the preparation of PU membrane were discussed. The film formation process and the characterization of porous membrane were also discussed.
