笔者结合本市实际情况,仅就农村卫生防疫工作的现状及对策提出一点粗浅的看法。现状:(1)对卫生防疫工作重视不够;卫生防疫事业在经济与社会发展中未能得到应有的重视,“预防为主”的方针未纳入各级政府的议事日程,形成卫生部门在无行政手段支持下单打一地推动这一工作。(2)基层防疫人员少,队伍不稳定:乡镇卫生院对防保组的管理和建设顺其自然,近3年具有本专业学历改行从医的就有12人,而新增非专业人员20人,现行乡镇48人中,有本专业学历者仅8人。(3)防保机构经费匮乏,地位低:防保组在卫生院中形同附属,一无人头经费,二
