Heald提出的全直肠系膜切除术(TME)目前已成为中低位直肠癌根治术游离中下段直肠必须遵循的原则,使更多的低位甚至超低位直肠癌患者得以保肛。与此同时,直肠癌低位前切除术后直肠阴道瘘的发生也引起临床医生的重视。我院肛肠科2007年8月至2009年10月,对154例直肠癌患者进行直肠癌前切除术,术后有7例患者出现直肠阴道瘘,现回顾性分析其病例资料,报告如下。
