女性泌尿生殖器瘘,在妇产科临床上,是时常遇到的问题,它虽然不会影响妇女们的生命,但是从妇女们的身心健康来看,是最痛苦的,有的病员昼夜漏尿,一旦得到治愈,则喜笑颜开。1958年农村公社化以后,农民的经济状况大有好转,患泌尿生殖器瘘的病员来我院就医,则日益增多,同时迫切要求我们技术的提高。我院就医的泌尿生殖器瘘病员计有25例,兹作简单的分析如下:
