目的 :观察香菇多糖 (LNT)、胞必佳 (N -CWS)和顺铂 (DDP)治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效 ;方法 :84例恶性胸腔积液患者随机分为三组 ,分别胸腔内注射LNT、N -CWS和DDP ;结果 :LNT组、N -CWS组总有效率分别为 85.7%、87.5% ,疗效高于DDP组( 58.3 % ) ,且毒副反应低 ,使用后 ,患者生存质量改善 ,缓解期延长 ;结论 :LNT、N -CWS胸腔内注射对恶性胸腔积液有良好疗效 ,尤其适应于年老体弱 ,全身情况较差的晚期患者。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of lentinan (LNT), Cisplatin (N-CWS) and cisplatin (DDP) in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion.Methods: Eighty-four patients with malignant pleural effusion were randomly divided into three groups, LNT, N-CWS and DDP. Results: The total effective rates of LNT group and N-CWS group were 85.7% and 87.5%, respectively. The curative effect was higher than that of DDP group (58.3% Improvement and prolongation of remission period.Conclusion: Thoracic injection of LNT and N-CWS has a good curative effect on malignant pleural effusion, especially for patients with advanced and frail patients who are in poor general condition.
