旅游餐饮企业提供的产品除了中西餐饮之外,就是服务。由于处于旅游业的重要环节,其质量不仅和本企业生死攸关,还关系到整个旅游业的形象,细节管理显得尤为重要和突出。必须具有细节管理的意识,真正看到细节管理的重要性,建立细节管理的机制,狠抓落实,才可以切实提高服务质量,打造服务品牌,维护企业形象,企业才可以稳扎稳打,不断走向辉煌。
Tourism catering enterprises to provide products in addition to Chinese and Western restaurants, is the service.
