一、序言近年来,随着大型铸钢件应用的日益广泛,使用条件的日趋严格,对大型铸钢件的质量水平、生产周期的要求也就越高。要缩短大型铸钢件的生产周期,就必须缩短造型和精整周期(减少修补量)。缩短精整周期与能否提高铸件质量有着直接联系。缩短造型周期的重要因素是如何确定浇注系统方案。浇注系统是直接控制钢水流动的,设置得合理与否和是否会出现夹砂、气孔等铸造缺陷有着极为密切的关系。
