中小学教师国家级培训计划,简称“国培计划”。由教育部、财政部于2010年开始实施,是提高中小学教师特别是农村教师队伍整体素质的重要举措。“国培计划”是指选拔优秀的农村教师脱产3个月到院校集中研修,由高等师范院校的师范生到受训学员所在农村学校顶岗实习。笔者参加了内蒙古师范大学2012年度的“国培计划”项目,到包头市达茂旗百灵庙中学顶岗实习,在实习中得到了“真枪实弹”的锻炼,并切实地感受到这一教育政策的积极影响与实际意义。
Primary and secondary school teachers national training plan, referred to as “national training plan ”.
