历来气动差压(压力)变送器借以扩大量程的方法,一是采用改变主、副杠杆的传动比,二是采用双波纹管(大波纹管内套小波纹管)改变负反馈量。由双波纹管而得到启发,能不能采用并列的两个双波纹管借以来扩大气动变送器的测量量程呢?我动手做了试验,试验结果完全可以达到预想的目的,具体内容分述如下:(1)采用两个双波纹管并列在单杠杆的气动中差压变送器上。该仪表经过调校,量程可以从0~600mmH_2O 调校至0~6000mmH_2O,最低量程与最高量程之比是1:10。
Traditionally, pneumatic differential pressure (pressure) transmitters to expand the range of methods, one is to change the main and sub lever transmission ratio, the second is the use of double bellows (large bellows sleeve small bellows) to change the amount of negative feedback. Inspired by the double bellows, can we use two parallel dual bellows to expand the measuring range of the pneumatic transmitter? I do the experiment, the test results can achieve the desired purpose, the specific content is as follows : (1) Adopts two double bellows side by side on the single lever pneumatic differential pressure transmitter. The instrument is calibrated, the range can be adjusted from 0 ~ 600mmH_2O to 0 ~ 6000mmH_2O, the ratio of the lowest range to the highest range is 1:10.
