最近,北京市委工业工委和北京市经委联合召开了工业局会议,就企业调整工作提出四项要求。 (1) 坚决克服部门所有、行业壁垒,实行全方位调整; (2) 领导要亲自确定连续两年以上亏损、扭亏无望企业的调整方案,对微利企业要分类排队,早做打算,及早行动; (30 要力争突破一些难点,选择两户企业进行破产、拍卖或租赁试点; (4) 加快制定解决企业亏损、鼓励优势企业进行兼并的政策。
Recently, Beijing Municipal Commission of Industry and Beijing Municipal Economic Commission jointly convened a meeting of the Industrial Development Bureau, made four demands on the adjustment of enterprises.
