目的观察银杏蜜环口服溶液联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗老年高血压的临床疗效。方法选取我院2015年3月-2016年5月收治的114例老年高血压患者,采用双色球分组法分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者采用苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,在此基础上,观察组患者联合使用银杏蜜环口服溶液治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后收缩压与舒张压水平,并于治疗结束后将两组患者的临床治疗效果进行比较。结果治疗后两组患者收缩压与舒张压水平均明显比治疗前低(P<0.05),且观察组患者的降低幅度显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论银杏蜜环口服溶液联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗老年高血压临床效果显著,可有效改善患者血压水平,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of gingko honey ring oral solution combined with amlodipine besylate in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension. Methods A total of 114 elderly hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to May 2016 were divided into control group and observation group by bicolor ball grouping. Patients in the control group were treated with amlodipine besylate, and on this basis, patients in the observation group were treated with the oral solution of gingko honey ring. The systolic and diastolic blood pressure were compared between the two groups before and after treatment, and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared after treatment. Results After treatment, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05), and the decrease in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P <0.05). The clinical treatment in the observation group had Efficiency than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Ginkgo honey ring oral solution combined with amlodipine besylate in the treatment of senile hypertension clinical effect is significant, can effectively improve the patient’s blood pressure level, it is worth in the clinical application.
