目的:就饮食疗法应用于社区糖尿病防治中的效果进行探究。方法:随机把近年本社区所收治的66例糖尿病患者分为对照组与研究组,每组病例均为33例,其中对照组应用降糖药物治疗,且实施健康教育,研究组在对照组基础上联合饮食疗法,观察比较两组患者治疗前后血糖指标。结果:两组患者经治疗,各血糖指标均有所改善,其中研究组改善情况明显优于对照组,差异显著有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于降糖药物的应用和健康宣教,联合饮食疗法治疗糖尿病,便于患者血糖水平的控制,可提高其饮食质量以及生活质量。
Objective: To explore the effect of diet therapy in the prevention and treatment of community diabetes. Methods: Sixty-six patients with diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into control group and study group. The patients in each group were all 33 cases. The control group was treated with hypoglycemic drugs, and health education was carried out. The study group was based on the control group On the combination of diet therapy, observed and compared two groups of patients before and after treatment of blood glucose. Results: The two groups of patients after treatment, all the indicators of blood glucose have improved, the improvement of the study group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Based on the application of hypoglycemic drugs and health education, the combination of diet therapy for the treatment of diabetes, to facilitate the control of blood glucose levels in patients can improve their diet and quality of life.
