1994年3月30日,最高人民法院、最高人民检察院、公安部、国家税务总局联合召开了“全国打击伪造、倒卖、盗窃发票犯罪活动电话会议”。会议要求在全国范围内集中开展打击伪造、倒卖、盗窃发票违法犯罪的专项斗争。这个决定得到了广大人民群众的衷心拥护,在武汉市蔡甸区一些公民纷纷举报黄陵镇某些人印制销售假发票包括增值税专用发票的犯罪行为,强烈地要求政府严肃查处。
On March 30, 1994, the Supreme People’s Court, the Supreme People’s Procuratorate, the Ministry of Public Security and the State Administration of Taxation jointly held the “Conference on the National Conference on Fighting Criminal Activities for Faking, Selling and Burglary Invoices.” The meeting called for the centralization of special campaigns to crack down on crimes of forgery, reselling and theft of invoices nationwide. This decision has won the heartfelt support of the broad masses of people. Some citizens in Caidian District of Wuhan City have reported some people in Huangling Town to criminalize the printing of fake invoices for sale, including special invoices for value-added tax, and strongly urge the government to investigate the case seriously.
