高职学生群体具有鲜明特点,高职教育有其内在规律,对高职学生进行思想政治教育,要与高职学生群体特点及高职教育规律相契合。其中,社团活动是思想政治教育工作的重要渠道和阵地。其思想政治教育功能体现在增强教育实效性、促进改革创新、优化教育环境、塑造健全人格等方面。积极发挥社团文化的思想政治教育功能,则需要在社团建设的导向性、多样性、实践性、规范性等方面进行完善。
Higher vocational students groups have distinct characteristics, higher vocational education has its inherent laws, ideological and political education for higher vocational students should be consistent with the characteristics of higher vocational students groups and the law of higher vocational education. Among them, community activities are important channels and positions for ideological and political education. Its function of ideological and political education is reflected in enhancing the effectiveness of education, promoting reform and innovation, optimizing the educational environment and shaping sound personality. To give full play to the function of the ideological and political education of the community culture, we must improve it in guiding, diversity, practicality and standardization of the community building.
