以麻风树叶片为供体,以紫茎泽兰为受体,采用盆栽试验法,研究了麻风树叶片通过淋溶、挥发和腐解等途径释放的化感物质对紫茎泽兰幼苗细胞膜透性的影响。结果表明:麻风树叶片通过各种途径释放出的化感物质对紫茎泽兰幼苗具有较强化感效应。与对照相比,紫茎泽兰体内的丙二醛(MDA)含量、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性以及可溶性蛋白质含量均发生了不同程度的变化。在不同浓度下,MDA含量、可溶性蛋白质含量、SOD活性和POD活性均呈现先上升后下降趋势。表明其体内具有较强的抗化感作用,是其成功入侵的原因之一。在3条途径中,化感效应强弱依次是叶水溶性化感物质、叶腐解液和叶挥发性物质。利用麻风树的化感作用可在一定程度上控制紫茎泽兰的生长。

At different concentrations, MDA content, soluble protein content, SOD activity and POD activity all increased at first and then decreased. Indicating that the body has a strong anti-sense effect, is one of the reasons for its successful invasion. Among the three approaches, the allelopathic effects were, in turn, leaf water-soluble allelochemicals, leaf decomposers and leaf volatiles. The use of Jatropha curcas allelopathy can be controlled to some extent Eupatorium growth.
