王丽瑛,1931年出生,1948年参加了中国人民解放军兴山中国医科大学预科学习,1954年毕业于哈尔滨医科大学儿科系,分配至北京市妇幼保健实验院儿科工作。后因工作需要,调北京市卫生局妇幼处从事儿童保健和妇幼卫生管理工作30余年。曾担任北京市卫生局妇幼处处长、中华预防医学会儿童保健分会副主任委员、北京市预防医学会儿童保健专业分会主任委员和北京市学前儿童保教协会副会长等职。
Born in 1931, Wang Liying participated in the preparatory study of Xingshan China Medical University in 1948 and a pediatrician from Harbin Medical University in 1954. He was assigned to pediatric work in Beijing Maternal and Child Health Laboratory. After due to work needs, transferred to the Beijing Municipal Health Bureau Women and Children Department engaged in child health and maternal and child health management for more than 30 years. He served as Director of Women and Children Office of Beijing Municipal Health Bureau, Vice Chairman of Children’s Health Branch of Chinese Preventive Medicine Association, Director of Child Health Professional Branch of Beijing Preventive Medicine Society and Vice President of Beijing Pre-school Child Protection Association.
