教师观是邓小平教育理论中的重要内容之一。教师在现代化建设中起着举足轻重的作用,邓小平同志很早就认识并强调了这一点。然而农村的实际情况却与他的愿望相差甚远:农村地方领导不尊重教师;农村中小学教师社会地位低下;物质生活待遇差;教师奖励不公正。对此,我们要及时反思,并尽快采取措施,改善农村中小学教师的现状,使他们积极投身于教育事业。
Teacher’s view is one of the important contents in Deng Xiaoping’s educational theory. Teachers play an important role in the modernization drive, which Comrade Deng Xiaoping recognized and emphasized very early on. However, the actual situation in rural areas is far from his wishes: the local leaders in rural areas do not respect teachers; the social status of rural primary and secondary school teachers is low; the material living standards are poor; and teachers’ rewards are unfair. In this regard, we must reflect in time and take measures as soon as possible to improve the status quo of rural primary and secondary school teachers so that they will actively engage in education.
