中原油田文东地区属于典型的盐间高压油气藏,油气层埋藏深,上部大直径井眼井段长。因而,如何提高大井眼钻井速度,是文东高压油气井钻井的重要课题。经过大量的实践,提出了解决这一问题的途径。从优选喷嘴组合,喷嘴类型和水力参数,增大双喷嘴直径差,配备大功率泥浆泵,降低钻井液水眼粘度等几个方面入手,以多种途径提高泵压和钻头水马力,从而提高了水力破岩能力。同时,优选钻头类型,总结出适合文东高压油气区快速钻进的三套钻头系列,从而充分发挥了钻头的工作效率,并使用合适的钻具组合及钻井参数,在满足井身质量的前提下,大幅度地提高了钻井速度,有效地降低了钻井成本。
