自1998年11月以来我们采用红光照射治疗用于58例外阴瘙痒患者,疗效满意,现报告如下。 一、资料和方法 1.对象 1998年11月～1999年4月收治的外阴瘙痒伴局部皮肤组织损伤患者58例(包括伴有局部皮肤红、肿、渗出、硬化苔癣样变、皲裂、增厚、溃疡等),排除其它合并症(如各种阴道炎引起的外阴瘙痒),年龄为27～63岁,其中27～44岁49例,45～63岁9例,病程1个月～16年。
