急性心肌梗塞时除泵衰竭和心律失常,心肌破裂也是重要死因之一。我院自1978—1987年共收治急性心肌梗塞1519人,死亡179人(11.78％),经尸解或开胸证实心肌破裂31人(17.3％)。现总结如下: 临床资料一、一般情况: 男性17人,最大年龄78岁,最小年龄50岁,平均年龄65.24岁,65岁以上者9人(52.9％)。
Acute myocardial infarction in addition to pump failure and arrhythmia, myocardial rupture is one of the important causes of death. A total of 1519 acute myocardial infarction patients were treated in our hospital from 1978 to 1987, with 179 deaths (11.78%) and 31 myocardial infarction (17.3%) confirmed by autopsy or thoracotomy.
