为研究动载荷对准双曲面齿轮齿根弯曲应力的影响,使用电测法对驱动桥从动锥齿轮齿根弯曲应力进行了静态和动态测试,并对比有限元计算结果进行了分析。静态测试分析结果表明,齿轮啮合过程中,齿面接触由大端过渡到小端,啮入过程正车面齿根受拉,啮出过程受压,应力值与有限元计算结果基本一致。动态测试分析结果表明,随着齿轮转速升高,齿根最大应力的平均值、振幅都逐渐增加。此测试方法可靠易行,可用于齿轮相关的可靠性研究。
In order to study the influence of dynamic load on the root bending stress of hypoid gear, the bending stress of driving gear bevel gear tooth root was measured by electrical method. The results of finite element analysis were compared. The results of static test show that during the gear meshing process, the contact of the tooth surface transitions from the large end to the small end, and the tooth root of the front surface of the gear is pulled and the meshing process is under pressure during the gear meshing. The stress values are in good agreement with the finite element results. The results of dynamic test show that with the increase of gear speed, the average value and amplitude of the maximum root stress increase gradually. This test method is reliable and easy to use and can be used for gear-related reliability studies.
