水泥混凝土路面作为一种刚度大、扩散荷载能力强、稳定性好的路面结构,广泛应用于各种道路上。在水泥混凝土路面修建技术不断提高的同时,随着国民经济的迅速发展,交通荷载的日益重型化,交通量的大幅度增长,超载车辆日趋严重,这些因素加剧了水泥混凝土路面的破坏。路面在不同程度上出现了开裂、断板、唧泥、沉陷、错台等病害,给养护、修复带来了极大的困难,尤其是断板已成为道路工程的通病之一,必须采取措施加以防治,从而延长水泥混凝土路面的使用寿命。
