2011年3月17-18日,区县党史办公室主任会在昌平召开,主题是传达全国党史研究室主任会议精神,交流市委加强和改进新形势下党史工作实施意见(市委3号文件)的落实情况。中共北京市委党史研究室主任谢荫明,副主任陈志楣,副巡视员籍援朝、范登生,各处处长、负责人及各区县有关负责同志近30人参加会议。
