问题 航空人员和航空管理要尽力预防恶性疟疾。因为它对飞行人员的健康威胁很大。在机组人员中死亡病例曾有报道。对非死亡病例的长期丧失工作亦曾有介绍。在机组人员中对恶性疟疾的预防,受以下因素的影响:①对疟疾药的抗药性;②不遵循一般的预防方案;③飞行人员缺乏重视和警惕;④预防药物对飞行安全有不良作用。
Questions Aviation personnel and aviation management should do their utmost to prevent from falciparum malaria. Because of its great health threat to pilots. Deaths among crew members have been reported. Long-term loss of non-death cases have also been introduced. The prevention of falciparum malaria among crew members is affected by the following factors: ① resistance to malaria drugs; ② non-compliance with general prevention programs; ③ lack of attention and vigilance among pilots; and ④ prevention of adverse effects of drugs on flight safety.
