发展是第一要务,人才是第一资源。在不久前闭幕的全国民航科教大会上,李家祥局长明确指出:确保持续安全,科技是支撑、教育是根本、人才是关键。实践证明,抓好人才特别是自主创新型人才的培养,既是民航系统应对未来挑战的必然选择,也是统领民航科学发展的战略主线,更是提升民航行业核心竞争力的根本途径。
Development is the most important task and talent is the primary resource. At a recent civil aviation science and education conference that concluded in China, Secretary Li Jiaxiang clearly pointed out: Ensuring continuous security, science and technology are support, education is fundamental, and talent is the key. Practice has proved that engaging qualified personnel, especially independent innovation talents, is both an inevitable choice for the civil aviation system in coping with future challenges and a strategic main line that leads the scientific development of civil aviation. It is also a fundamental way to enhance the core competitiveness of the civil aviation industry.
