12月19日,由中国信息协会、中国投资协会等单位共同举办的“信息化如何带动工业化”为主题的高层研讨会在京举行。我国信息产业和信息化发展领域的有关部门决策部门、国内外重要企业和研究机构的有关代表出席了会议并就信息化带动工业化的问题进行了探讨,力求给今后信息化带动工业化在宏观战略上给予把握、中观操作上给予指导、微观市场上予以扶持。据了解,我国政府关于“信息化带动工业化”的战略发展目标提出后,得到了各界广泛响应,此次研讨会的召开对全面理解这一重大国策将起到有利的补充作用。以下是发言摘要。
