我院1985年7月～1987年11月用抽液后注射四环素的方法治疗睾丸鞘膜积液30例,获得满意的效果。 1 临床资料 30例均为男性门诊病人,年龄28～78岁,平均52岁,均为单侧。病程10个月～5年,平均2年3个月,其中6例曾行抽液治疗,4例手术治疗后复发。30例平均抽液140ml(10～350ml),26例液体呈澄清淡黄色,4例手术后复发者液体为血性。对四环素无变态反应者。注射方法:在患侧阴囊壁最下端局麻后,用8号针穿刺入鞘膜囊内,抽尽囊内积液
Our hospital from July 1985 to November 1987 with the injection of tetracycline after the method of treatment of testicular hydrocele in 30 cases, to obtain satisfactory results. A clinical data of 30 cases were male outpatients, aged 28 to 78 years, mean 52 years, were unilateral. Duration of 10 months to 5 years, an average of 2 years and 3 months, of which 6 cases had fluid pumping treatment, 4 cases of recurrence after surgery. 30 cases of the average pumping fluid 140ml (10 ~ 350ml), 26 cases showed a clear yellow liquid, 4 cases of recurrence after surgery, the fluid is bloody. No tetracycline allergy responders. Injection method: in the ipsilateral scrotum wall at the bottom of the local anesthesia, with the 8th needle puncture into the sheath capsule, drained the cyst fluid
