2012年11月26日傍晚6时15分,山东沂水交警大队肇事处理科民警接到指令:在许家湖镇王家坪村路段一老人被车撞倒,肇事车逃逸,请立即出警。接到指令后,民警立即赶到了现场。受害者是一名老年男性,侧身躺在路边,周围散落着一小块红色的塑料碎片、一件破旧的棉大衣、棉手套,别无其它任何有价值的物证。经医疗救护人员现场确认,老人已经死亡。经过现场调查,受害者就是王家坪村的王老汉。民警初步判定为交通肇事逃逸案后,立即展开调查。可是,由于案发时间较晚,路上行人和车辆稀少,没有找到目击证人。
At 6:15 p.m. on the evening of November 26, 2012, the traffic police unit of Yishui Traffic Police Brigade in Shandong Province received instructions that an old man was knocked down by a car in the section of Wangjiaping Village in Xujiahu Town, and the car hit a taxi to escape immediately. After receiving the order, police rushed to the scene immediately. The victim, an elderly man, lay sideways on the side of a road surrounded by a small piece of red plastic debris, a worn cotton coat and cotton gloves, without any other valuable physical evidence. Confirmed by medical ambulance staff, the elderly have died. After field investigation, the victim is Wang Lao Wang Ping Village. Police initially ruled the case of traffic accident escape, immediately launched an investigation. However, no witnesses were found because of the late onset of the incident and the scarcity of pedestrians and vehicles on the road.
