目的评价我院常用口服抗高血压药临床应用状况及发展趋势。方法采用排序法对2006年至2008年抗高血压类药物的销售金额、用药频度进行回顾性统计分析。结果钙拮抗药和血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗药销售金额各年均排前2位,用量逐年大幅增长;单品种排序卡托普利各年均居首位;缬沙坦现由2006年排序第6位上升到2008年第2位。结论我院抗高血压药的应用结构基本合理,符合抗高血压用药原则。
Objective To evaluate the clinical application and development trend of commonly used oral antihypertensive drugs in our hospital. Methods The ranking method was used to retrospectively analyze the sales amount and medication frequency of antihypertensive drugs from 2006 to 2008. Results The sales amount of calcium antagonists and angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonists ranked the top two in each year and the dosage increased significantly year by year. The rank of single-species captopril ranks the first place in each year; Rank 6th rose to 2008 2nd place. Conclusion The application structure of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital is basically reasonable and in line with the antihypertensive medication principle.
