目的探讨后腹腔镜治疗肾囊肿结合使用钛夹,以减少肾囊肿复发率。方法单纯性肾囊肿57例,随机分为两组,A组30例采用后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术同时应用钛夹夹闭囊肿残壁治疗,B组27例仅予以后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术。平均随访6-36个月,经超声或CT检查有无肾囊肿复发。结果 57例手术均获成功,平均手术时间40min。A组术后引流量(24.6±3.1)ml,长期随访无复发;B组术后引流量(50.6±3.4)ml,复发3例(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术同时应用钛夹夹闭囊肿残壁能有效防止肾囊肿去顶术后复发,减少继发出血,操作安全简单,值得推广。
Objective To investigate retroperitoneoscopic treatment of renal cysts combined with titanium clips to reduce the recurrence rate of renal cysts. Methods 57 cases of simple renal cysts were randomly divided into two groups. A group of 30 cases of retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal cyst decompression surgery at the same time using titanium clips to close the cyst residual wall treatment, B group of 27 cases only laparoscopic kidney Cyst decompression surgery. The average follow-up 6-36 months, ultrasound or CT examination of renal cyst recurrence. Results 57 cases were successful in operation, the average operation time was 40 minutes. In group A, the amount of drainage was (24.6 ± 3.1) ml, no recurrence was observed after long-term follow-up. The drainage volume (50.6 ± 3.4) ml and recurrence in group B after operation were 3 cases (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusions Retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal cyst debridement while using titanium clips to close the cyst residual wall can effectively prevent the recurrence of renal cysts to the top and reduce secondary hemorrhage, which is safe and easy to operate and worth promoting.
