目的研究药用菊花的质量控制方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法建立了药用菊花HPLC图谱,对29种药用菊花栽培类型进行测定,并使用聚类分析和主成分分析对图谱进行模式识别研究。结果聚类分析和主成分分析结果相一致,29份药用菊花种质资源分为两类。结论该方法可用于药用菊花质量控制及其综合评价。
Objective To study the quality control method of medicinal chrysanthemum. Methods The HPLC chromatogram of medicinal chrysanthemum was established by HPLC. The medicinal chrysanthemum cultivars of 29 species were determined. Cluster analysis and principal component analysis were used to study the pattern recognition. Results The results of cluster analysis and principal component analysis were consistent, and 29 medicinal chrysanthemum germplasm resources were divided into two categories. Conclusion The method can be used for the quality control of medicinal chrysanthemum and its comprehensive evaluation.
