党的十四大以来,我们在抓住机遇加快发展的总体思路中,推出了抓“百强”企业,发展规模经济的重点举措,收到了初步成效。实践证明,这是一条加快机制重组、要素重组、组织重组,营造规模结构,发展社会化大生产的有效途径。创建“百强”企业,必须在“强”字上做文章,在“创”字上下功夫,重点解决好三个问题:“为什么要强”、“强在哪里”、“怎样争强”。
Since the 14th National Party Congress, we have seized the opportunity to accelerate the development of the overall thinking, launched a grasp of “top 100” enterprises, the development of economies of scale of key initiatives, and received initial results. Practice has proved that this is an effective way to speed up the reorganization of the mechanism, reorganization of elements, reorganization of organizations, construction of a scale structure, and development of large-scale socialized production. To create “top 100” companies, we must make a fuss over the word “strong” and work hard on “creating”. We must focus on solving three problems: “Why be strong,” “Where are strong,” and “How to be strong.”
