我园是1991年9月10日开办的新园,全国教职工来自四面八方,其中90％是80年代后的幼师毕业生。建园后,我们首先组织全国教职工学习两个幼教法规,从明确幼儿园的双重任务入手,开展园内的各项工作。通过学习,大家明确了办园的指导方针,在提高保教质量的同时,还要努力做好为家长服务的工作。因此,在安排全园工作时要从促进孩子的发展出
