目的为加强放射防护工作,通过对放射工作人员外照射的个人剂量进行调查,进而了解不同类型医院和不同工种的外照射年剂量当量和人均年剂量当量的差别。方法依据湛江市卫生监督所的监测要求和监测方法的要求,计算各级医院和不同工种放射工作人员年剂量当量和人均年剂量当量。结果 98.9%的受检者年受照剂量在5mSv以下,不同级别医院人均年剂量当量从高到低依次为区县级医院>镇级医院>市级医院>个体卫生所。不同工种的人均年剂量当量从高到底依次为放射介入>核医学>普通放射>CT室。结论人均年剂量当量低于全国放射工作人员职业外照射平均水平,湛江市放射工作人员的工作环境是安全的。
Objective To strengthen the work on radiological protection and investigate the individual dose of external exposure of radiation workers so as to understand the difference between the annual equivalent dose of radiation and the annual equivalent dose of per capita radiation of different types of hospitals and different types of work. Methods According to the monitoring requirements of Zhanjiang Health Authority and the requirements of monitoring methods, the annual dose equivalent and per capita annual dose equivalent of radiation workers at different levels and hospitals of different levels were calculated. Results 98.9% of the subjects under the dose of 5mSv in the following years, different levels of hospital per capita annual dose equivalent descending order for district-level hospitals> township hospitals> municipal hospitals> individual health centers. The per capita annual equivalent dose of different types of jobs from high to low were radiation intervention> nuclear medicine> general radiology> CT room. Conclusion The per capita annual dose equivalent is lower than the average level of occupational exposure of radiation workers in the country. The working environment of radiation workers in Zhanjiang City is safe.
