用阳极腐蚀法制备了多孔硅 (PS) ,合成了三 (8_羟基喹啉 )合铝配合物 (AlQ3 ) ,通过浸渍法制备了PS_AlQ3 杂化材料 ,并研究了其室温光致发光性能。结果表明 :利用浸渍法确能将AlQ3 掺入PS中 ,这种杂化材料同时保留了PS和AlQ3 的部分发光性能
Porous silicon (PS) was prepared by anodic etching, and the tri (8-quinolinolato) aluminum complex (AlQ3) was synthesized. The PS_AlQ3 hybrid material was prepared by impregnation method and its photoluminescence at room temperature was studied. The results show that AlQ3 can be incorporated into PS by impregnation method. This hybrid material retains some of the luminescent properties of PS and AlQ3
