日渐活跃的中美贸易,越来越引起了世人关注。但随着活跃度的增加,中美贸易也在不断出现“摩擦”。在贸易额迅速增长的前提条件下,中美出现贸易摩擦并不奇怪。关键问题是,我们如何认识“摩擦”,并且如何规避“摩擦”?
The increasingly active Sino-U.S. Trade has drawn more and more attention from the world. However, as the degree of activity increases, Sino-U.S. Trade is constantly showing “friction.” Given the rapid growth in trade volume, it is not surprising that trade frictions between China and the United States have emerged. The key question is, how do we recognize “friction” and how to evade “friction”?
