在长期实际教学中发现,教练员在网球教学训练中采用的训练方法可以是多种多样,但是教练员面部表情的运用在教学与训练中则是较为缺失的一个版块,尤其在青少年的教学中。为了研究教练员的面部表情在青少年网球教学训练中所发挥的重要作用,运用观察法与文献资料发,通过对现实青少年网球教学训练的实践与观察和相关文献的查阅,证明教练员可以通过面部表情的变化营造轻松欢快的网球学习氛围;教练员可以通过面部表情的变化对学生心理产生积极影响。所以,在进行青少年网球教学时,教练员需要较好的控制与使用自己的面部表情,并且掌握运用面部表情的技巧。
