为了解城市外来未婚年经女工性行为、避孕药具的使用情况以及影响因素,利于采取有效的干预措施,引导城市外来女青少年避免意外妊娠对生殖健康的威胁,采用专题小组讨论和个人深入访谈研究方法,了解城市外来未婚年轻女工的性行为、避孕药具的使用情况及影响因素。结果大部分有婚前性行为的青年女工在过性生活时没有采取任何的保护措施,避孕知识、态度和实践方面的无知令人担忧。这一人群自我保护意识十分淡薄,生殖健康正面临着较大的威胁。
