中共中央组织部党员教育和干部测评中心指导编写全国各省、区、市委组织部提供案例支持党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央把脱贫攻坚摆到治国理政突出位置,打响了一场脱贫攻坚战,迎来了历史性的跨越和巨变。而打赢脱贫攻坚战,首先要坚持党的领导,夯实组织基础,特别是要切实加强农村基层党组织建设,使其成为带领群众脱贫致富的坚强战斗堡垒。

In order to win the battle against poverty, we must first uphold the leadership of the party and consolidate the foundation of the organization. In particular, we must earnestly strengthen the building of the grass-roots party organizations in rural areas so that they will become the strong fighting baskets for leading the masses out of poverty and becoming rich.
